You are violating the Community Standards of these forums by naming another peson in an interpersonal disagreement.  Please remove his name now.

If someone has copied another person's intellectual property, the only person who has legal standing to complain is the original creator.  You cannot file a complaint on the creator's behalf.  The original creator may submit a DMCA complaint to Linden Lab.  Linden Lab is required by federal law to remove the object at that point.
