Why are so many sims in Zindra offline now?

There are over twenty sims in Zindra that are offline this morning.  No non-adult mainland sims appear to be offline.  Anyone know of a reason for so many sims in Zindra being down?

I's hazard a guess that the sims are all RC channels, which are being updated (rolling restarts - see the Grid Status Page) today.  I know of several that are adult and are LeTigre RC so maybe it is that.  Otherwise I'd say there is trouble with one of the server sets, but I think that unlikely.
