I am not able to rezz objects, use AOs as of this morning on a 1/4 sim parcel of Mainland I bought.

As of this morning I suddenly can't  a) rez objects on my land and b) get an error message when I use my AO package (to replace robot Linden default walk, etc.) Same error message: "can't use object that has caused problem in the region." Makes no sense to me. . . . the region (Molson) has been flaky the past couple of days . . . was thrown off a dozen times yesterday. 

How do I fix or at least find out if it is an SL problem.  I have only owned the property for a couple of weeks and am anxious to get it 'fixed up.'

i cant tell what is happening, but you should submit a ticket for their restart your sim, or call the live chat support, if you are premium.

To add to Trinity's answer you should also make this known to the region owner if you lease a parcel on a Private Estate.
