why LL keep give me messase like"There is a problem with your account blah blah blah

You have been billed for something...an annual Premium membership, it looks like.  LL has not been able to charge your credit card, probably because you deleted it.  You MUST pay your bill, or they will delete your account.

Simply abandoning your land is NOT ENOUGH to cancel your membership.  If you did not also downgrade to a Basic membership, you WILL be charged for a renewal.

You can contact Billing at one of the numbers below, but I suspect you will have to pay.  Linden Lab does not do refunds.
