Question about Group Tags and Poofing Objects

Ok, I've lost a lot of no copy items when I try to rez things and forget to change my tag. They don't go into lost and found, they just go POOF. What is this? Why doesn't it go back into inventory or at least lost and found? I have stores on several sims and my items are no copy... I just forget when I'm tping around. Sure would like to understand this better. TYVM

most likely it is lag in the assets server, usualy they show up in inventory or in world after a relog, sometimes it take a cache clearing.

Yeah lately I've been having that issue too, and it's always been corrected by logging out and back on again. I'm not sure what changed to make it behave this way, when it never used to. But it sure can be annoying.

A couple days ago I had to log out and log back on quite a few times in one day because i kept forgetting my tag. I was working on 2 sims, with 3 different projects and needed to keep switching tags back and forth. Was more frustrated with myself for not remembering, but it's still annoying.

I cleared my cache and the items just lost came back, but the ones from a few days ago didn't. So bizarre. lol

I bought a texture pack once..unpacked it and poof it vanished...it never did show up again and that was well over a year ago...Then there was my bunny who went off world for a month, he was never the same again after that experience....
