Well, it didn't take long for our new Beach House to find tenants.  But they were already living in our high rise luxury condominiums!  Their move into their new home gives you THREE choices to live in this little community adjoining the Blake Sea.

We currently have two condos available for rent, at just $L2195 per calendar month, 300 prims.  In addition, one of our large liveaboard slips is now open.  It can accommodate vessels up to about 30 meters in length.  It is currently set at $L2195/mo and 300 prims, too.  However, with any of our residences, you may rent additional prims at just $L7.5 per prim per month.  This flexibility is especially useful when looking for a boat slip, as liveaboard yachts tend to be high prim objects.
