Hello, i recently just made an account for second life and i downloaded the server and it pops up tha ti have to update my graphics cards. I did that  and it said they where all up to date. I tried uninstalling it and re installing it but i still cannot see terms and conditions and says

"There is likely a newer driver for your graphics chip. Updating graphics driver can improve the performance."

Then it gives me a link.  Checked for updates and there was none.

I also read in another furm to go to Help>About Second Life

and i got this.. im horrible with technology... i just wanna play really bad.. :) someone help?

Did you go to the AMD site to check for drivers?  If you went to a Windows site, don't believe what they say.  Google for AMD Radeon and check there.

If the installer will let you continue with the installation, ignore the issue and install anyway -- then check the graphics setting:

Me (top left)

Preferences (on the dropdown)

graphics tab

Graphicsmay be set to the lowest value -- you can probably raise it.

BTW --What you downloaded is the viewer, not the server

TKR
