A sneaker is too casual for that and belongs more with jeans but a formal style shoe would stand out too much. With the chino style pants often a rustic/weathered darker brown leather goes well colour wise with maybe a style that looks like the bottom part of a hiking boot. The tough style thick leather with laces that have some eyelets yet some loops. This is a shoe though not a boot. You should try Woodland GC 0584108A Khaki shoes. I am sure these shoes would suit best with it. For more suggestions, try online option. According to me these are the best ones.
