afaik their hours are from 08:00 to 20:00 on all days for SL / and LL itself only from 8:00 to 17:00 on work days.
The billing team is available 24/7. (keep in mind this goes for their local time)

A Ticket can be taken on but  still might take up to 72 hours until you recieve a response. Given the fact that there are many other users also having a request or problem.

You will have to be a little patient. And wait a bit for them to get back to you.

If you are premium member you are ofc able to contact them via livechat. (at the given open hours / see above)

I personally have recieved answers on sundays, and i think it's still this way. (someone correct me if that has changed)
