The billing team is available 24/7. Given the fact that there are many other users also having a request or problem. You will have to be a little patient. And wait a bit for them to get back to you. If you are premium member you are ofc able to contact them via livechat. (at the given open hours / see above) I personally have recieved answers on sundays, and i think it's still this way. (someone correct me if that has changed) 1
