You could try removing and then re-entering your payment details and see if it works after that. Otherwise, contact Billing Support, which is open 24/7. Use Skype to save costs if you can't call a toll free number.

I have the same problem.

For about a week I haven't been able to buy Lindens. I can't buy on the web and I can't buy inworld. I have checked and double checked every setting. Even succesfully reentered my payment info. But still not able to buy Lindens. Have even tried to use my credit card ... but still no Lindens.

Glad to see however, that I am not the only one with that problem.

Let's hope Second Life will fix it soon ... very soon so I can start spending money again.
