lol this just mean you are writing your password with capitals letter (ABC) and not normal ones (abc)

just unlock your capital letters on your keyboad, (the key with the lock symbol) and retype your password

EDIT : obviously you did unlock it since you typed your question without caps :smileywink:

The full message should read "We're sorry. It looks like the username or password that you entered were incorrect. Check that your caps lock key is not enabled. If you continue to have trouble, then please contact Second Life Support and we'll be glad to help you."

Anyway, try Ceka's solution here http://community.secondlife.com/t5/General-Discussions/Has-Anyone-else-Had-the-Caps-Lock-Error-on-Login-with-the/td-p/468037

In other words, change your password using 6 to 16 characters (no more, no less as Ceka says) and hopefully that will solve your problem.

Edit: Change your password on your Dashboard. Your password is obviously working for the website as you posted here so you should be able to.

Jandy,

If you can't log in, try the following:

  1. Enter your password again, manually.  Enter it very carefully.  Be sure your caps lock key is off, and you correctly use lower case or capital letters where required.
  2. If that doesn't work, then check your recent emails.  Be sure to look in your spam (junk) folder too.  You're looking for any notification from Linden Lab that you've been suspended, or banned, or that your password was recently changed.
  3. If you find an email about your password being changed, and you didn't do it...or even if you find no such email, but you are sure you're using the right password, but it's still not accepting it, then:
  4. Immediately follow the instructions provided for reporting a compromised account.  They are in Nyll's post above, or at this link: http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Password-and-account-information/ta-p/700017#Section_.5 (What to do if your account has been compromised)
