I have no idea but if you provide more details perhaps we can offer advice. If you're trying to buy lindens from a TPE you can't now, you have to buy through the Lindex.

No linden lab employees here but only residents that try to help other ones.

for buying l$ You must have payment method on file in order to purchase Linden dollars. Register a payment method.

it can be a credit card or a paypal account (note that if you chose a paypal account that you dont want to link to any credit card, you have the option for it above the tab with the one linked to credit card..this option is not obvious so a lot of pp miss it out and think there is none. this is why i tell you here)

then you need to go to this page : https://secondlife.com/my/lindex/buy.php

and you say what ammount you want to buy.

be aware, that lindex limit the ammount possible and its not the same according to your history of usage of the Lindex... the first time you will only be able to buy a few l$. your ammount possible will increase with the time.
