AO - is the abbreviation for an Animation Override object.

AOs may be purchased on the Marketplace but I recommend shopping for on in-world so you can try out the included animations.

Use AO as the search term in the Marketplace or in-world Search window.

AO = Animation Overrider. You can find them on the marketplace or inworld. I recommend both - shop on the marketplace for ones that seem to suit you, then teleport inworld to try the demos. Most decent shops have pose stands inworld that you can hop on and click through the poses to see if you like them.
