You don't get the bonus until you have been Premium for 45 consecutive days.

It said you would recieve a sign-up bonus AFTER 45 CONSECUTIVE DAYS. You didn't read the fine print. "Sign-up bonus" is a bit of a misnomer - it's more like a sustained membership bonus. Stay a Premium member for 45 consecutive days, and you and friend will both get your bonuses.
