Tenants dont have to wait for a group invite to be sent, it comes automatically with payment to the rental box and group invites to guests can be sent by the tenant through the menu. Houses have fully animated furniture including sex beds, cuddle rugs and livingrooms. Some also have bathtubs, pools, jacuzzi's, kitchens, dining tabls, bars, showers and more.

 

Dont like the furniture in your house? No problem! Just sent a request with what you want out and you will be given the same number of prims instead so that you can use your own furniture.

Decide you want to change houses or switch to an empty platform and put up your own home? No problem! Just let us know where you want to switch to and we will transfer any remaining money over along with your rental info. It just takes a matter of minutes. You will never be stuck with a rental you have paid for and are not enjoying.
