Repost from a thread in the server section. This should work for most people.

You can try a login in with the old Imprudence viewer. That is available from http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Third_Party_Viewer_Directory/Imprudence

Imprudence uses the old Web libraries that were in viewer 1.23, and such viewers tend to succeed in accepting the ToS when newer viewers don't.

Imprudence is not really suitable for really using with Second Life any more (no mesh, etc.), but it will still let you log in for this.

I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM HERE WITH NOT BEING ABLE TO AGREE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS,, THE BOX IS GRAY ..THERE IS NOTHING IN IT,, AS WELL AS THE BOX TO CHECK AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS,,, HOW CAN ANYONE AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHEN IT IS NOT LISTING THEM ,,,

It doesn't matter. Practically nobody reads and still fewer understand the content or legal implications of such agreements. Common sense poses an inconvenient question: How could they possibly be enforceable. If anyone asks, just tell them you line-item vetoed the items in question and unless they can prove otherwise, the amended agreement is legally binding. This make no less sense than the original premise!

Log out of and then back into your SL dashboard.  The ToS will pop up on the screen before you can log back in.

The viewers will not allow log in until you agree.  It's been like that forever.  Don't agree, cant log in.  Period.
