I just joined on premium. My house is not available.

I cannot get to my house and the browser is very buggy. I get a message that I may need a new location for my house and then second life crashes.

Which is it:  Is your house unavailable, or can't you get there?  If the style of home you're interested in is not available at the moment, either wait for a while or choose a different style.  Buying a Linden Home is like buying a home in RL.  The one you really want may not be on the market the day you are looking.  If you already have a home but don't know where it is, you have at least two options: (1) Look for an e-mail from Linden Lab (maybe in your spam filter) that gives you the address or (2) go to your dashboard at secondlife.com and look in Land Manager >>> My Mainland .  Once you have the address, you get there by teleport.  Read http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Landmarks-teleporting-and-SLurls/ta-p/700123 , especially if you are having any problems teleporting.

Now, I assume that whatever is buggy is your Second Life viewer, probably not your browser.  Without knowing any more than that, though, we won't have a clue what "buggy" means or how to help you fix it.  You can add helpful explanation to your question here by clicking on the Options link in the upper right corner of your question and selecting EDIT. It would be extremely helpful to know what kind of computer you are using, what operating system is on it, and how you are connected to the Internet, plus anything else you can share. Since you said that you crash, please also tell us exactly what error message you receive when that happens.  Please do NOT start a new thread.

If you get a message saying "Destination is unavailable", the region may be off line.  Try logging in to a different location.

If your region is off line, file a support ticket or use Live Chat to contact Linden Lab.
