Question

Hi, I wonder if there is anyone who might be able to help. I've recently returned to SL after a break and wanted to relist items in my marketplace store (all previous items were deleted when I left SL). However, when I returned to my store I had lots of messages telling me that items had been removed because of various issues, the main one being that somehow random images (from other merchants?) had linked to my items (ghost) and are showing in my shop, which doesn't have anything listed in it.

I've been trying to remove these ghost items, but can't find them anywhere.  Can anyone help?  I need to set up my new shop, but can't until this issue is resolved.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Sennen

what you are experiencing is a bug that happened in march 2012 after the Direct Delivery launch.

it affected a lot of stores.

more than one year later (sighs) they are now fixing. but it will be in 2 phases. First they are identifying the wrong pics, this is why you need to follow the link they gave you in your merchant home page and review every pics there and ask them to be deleted (even if there are some that are not affecting your store. For some reason, they are even doing bugs about this but we are guessing that these wrong pics are affecting other stores in a wrong way.) So say you want to delete them all.

Then you'll need to wait for the second phase. Indeed you cant edit any of these wrong listings bec they are not linked to any product page and if you click on them you will notice they will drive you to the mp homepage.

hopefully, they will delete them soon while the second phase will happen. This is the answer i got from Dakota Linden, so all we have to do now is wait a lil more.
