If you owned the item the wall was made off, it should be in your Trash. I think you have to drag it from trash into any place in inventory. Then you can drag it into the world dropping on the floor or ground.

After that you can EDIT it and move it into place, which can be tedious. But, I think that is the only way.

Nalates has it.  If that doesn't work for some reason, though, just delete the whole house and rez a replacement from your backup copy in inventory.  (You did save a backup copy, didn't you?)

If it was in world, and you deleted the wall, that wall is gone.

But as Rolig says, if the house was copy/no transfer, just delete the damaged house and rez a new copy.

Or, if you have full permissions on the house, including the textures, just build another wall, and texture it using the eyedropper tool in the texture section of the Build/Edit window.

It's possible that you didn't delete the wall.  In fact, it's hard to do this, because most structures' prims are linked into larger objects...the whole house, or a portion of it.  You might have just de-rendered the wall, if your viewer has that option, or you might have applied a transparent texture to it.
