I am trying to enter a sim and cant enter. I am not banned and  I am age verified. I teleported beside the sim to make sure I wasnt banned and sure enough I am not. But for some reason I cannot access the sim. The sims maturity rating is General. Any thoughts?

You haven't been trying to get into the Truth Hair mega-sale, have you?  That's almost impossible (but I made it in yesterday!).  When a sim has all the avatars it can hold, the servers flat out refuse to let anyone else enter.  In the case of Truth Hair, there is a crowd of women standing at the border in the next sim, trying desperately to walk in. I tried teleporting in for about 2 hours before I finally made it. 

OK, so maybe it isn't Truth Hair that you are trying to get into, but the answer is possibly the same, especially if the map view shows you that there are lots of other people there already.  If there's nobody there, though, the other likely possibility is that the sim is stuck and needs to be restarted. Anyone can report a sim off line.  You don't even have to own property there.  Just file a support ticket with the category Land & Region >>> Report an Offline Region.  Give all the details as you know them.  Linden Lab usually responds to that report within 15-20 minutes.
