pictures that dont belong to my marketplace listings

hi there

i dont know if you have the same problem but some of my marketplace listings are displaying ugly old pictures from other sellers

i was on live chat with LL and told me it is a bug and i need to fix my listing manually.. i can NOT check 100's of listings everyday.. i filed a ticket, and i am not sure if there is a jira open already...

Many of us are unable to correct the listing manually because it does not show up in our edit listings.

Recently CommerceTeam Linden notified us via email and on these forums, providing instructions to fix this issue:

Did you receive an email?  (If you did not, it's possible it may have landed in your spam folder and you didn't see it.)  If you read some of the responses to that thread, you will see that some of us had mixed results after following the directions.

voted for jira, but this is really messed up.. and one year? and the problem is still there (typical)

There are a lot of threads on this issue from the past year.  One of the reasons I like to read the forums - usually the most updated info (and help) are found from other residents. :matte-motes-smile:

Thank you for contacting Customer Support regarding the email for a fix for WEB-4587

 

This is an issue that occurred a year ago and is not an ongoing issue. You may read more on the Jira Issue Tracker ticket for WEB-4587 located here:

You may follow the link in the email that you received to confirm the incorrect images on your affected listings and those images will be removed from the listings as part of the fix.

 

Since this is not an ongoing issue it is not necessary to monitor all of your listings to ensure that they have the correct images.
