Inventory not loading????

my inventory isnt loading all my items this is the second day says still loading 4,051 items???? I dont know what is going on but I cant even see some new stuff that I have bought AND nothing is loading I have a bunch of empty folders, and i need to reorganize my stuff! Please help.

This can be caused either by a bad internet connection or a corrupted inventory cache.  Try going to Me/Preferences (CTRL+P), network and cache tab, and click the Clear Cache button.  Then log off, and relog to an empty region like Heckendorf or Pooley.  WAIT until your inventory loads. 

You can speed up the process by typing text into the inventory search bar.  Don't teleport or wear items until the inventory is finished loading.

You may need to repeat the process a couple of times.

If this doesn't work, try turning off your computer, your router, and your internet modem.  Wait a couple of minutes, then turn everything back on and reboot your system.  Then log in.
