PLEASE HELP!...Big Graphic Issue

Hello ... I have posted before, but never got any fix feedback & need help..PLEASE!

To whom ever can help me here...I'm having problems with my Viewer & how things appear. Inventory or things I click on (highlight when chosen) in my viewer or even links sent to my chat start to twitch (flicker / twinkle) ...etc. Also another BIG problem is that my AVI skin & surfaces around me turn white. Please see Pics (link) below for example.

Info on my System:

OS Name    Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Processor    Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz, 3901 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)
AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series

I run SL on High Graphics or Utlra, but mainly High...If I play around with it & put in low settings, the problem is still there, but if I uncheck Basic Shader / Atmospheric Shaders, the white may go away but then I have other things look funny (like Shoes/Feet) no longer match my skin tone or on one side its ok & other side it bright. Depending on Windlight it appears worse.

!NOTE!: My Driver has been recently updated & I have even uninstalled SL & reinstalled the new version of Firestorm. Also thinking it was my PC (Graphic Card or Monitor) I bought new ones.... but nothing, problems persist *sigh*

Can someone PLEASE help me here? :(

When you submit a tech question like this we need verions of the software in use. Click Help-About... and copy paste that info into your post (Edit is in Options in the upper right of your post and is the only way to add to your post).

If you see the problem in both the Sl Viewer and Firestorm, then to problem is likely your video driver. With AMD the latest driver is not always the best driver for SL. You can search this forum and the SLUniverse for fore your video card (Radeon 7800). You'll probably find some advice on which driver is best.

The card is just a bit over a year old, so that should not be a problem. It is comparable to NVIDIA 480, so it should work well with SL. It is AMD/ATI and their OpenGL is lame, so that may a problem, which is why you may need an older version rather than the newest.

Also, you can ask about which driver in the FS Support Group in-world.
