I get notes from one lots of times after each other

I get all times notes from SeNse what makes me  unable to do anything what can I do to stop

it come non stop and can't do nothing to stop it

I assume that you are talking about the SeNse group.  If you don't want to receive their message, why not just leave the group?

well i am not in there group and i treyed to make me to be a nuby as i cam on sl but i cant trough that notes i get noting i can do

Hmmmm.. There's no way they can be sending you group notices unless you are a member of the group. If you are actually getting IMs instead of group notices, you can mute them.

its already solved i have a other avi send them the notis to the owner of it they say the vendor went crasy but thenks for the trouble

Also, if you close the group chat window when it first appears, you should not get any further messages from that group until the next time you log on, or you yourself open the group chat window.  Sometimes it can take a few tries to shut the group chat up, though.
