problem with anshez

I know this about another company but last night I bouht  L$10,000. and Ansx sent me 1000.00 I cannot get then tod respond even aftet I joind and I have sent the 3 contact messages. I thought you might have a contact I can ask what is going on with my other L$9,000

 

This is very frustrating when you deal with a company who advertizes with SL and you think you can trust them. Is there any help hee?

You'll have to keep trying to reach them.  Send both an IM and a notecard, and if they have a contact email on their website, use that too.

The third party $L exchanges are independent businesses and Linden Lab has no connection with them.  From the name of the exchange, I would guess it's owned by prominent Second Life resident Anshe Chung.
