Talking in Local Chat - words go straight to the music URL in about land.

I have a parcel of land which when i type in local chat and hit enter it stoped the music from playing and the music URL is replaced with the words I had just typed. I have tried this on SL Viewer, and Firestorm's previous and newest release with the same results. I spoke to the Estate Manager with whom I purchased the land from and we troubled shooted but came up with nothing. I am out of ideas as to how to stop this.

I know of others having the exact same issues
