Trinity Yazimoto Posted May 28, 2013 Share Posted May 28, 2013 oh shoot ! im so sorry to have given to you a wrong joy (idk how you call this in english.. in french its "fausse joie" so "wrong joy")... idk since when its fixed...i just looked at my mp store some hours ago by chance bec i needed the link to settle a board with buttons for social medias in my store... idk if they did it bec i made a jira or not, either.. but i know you made one too...and to be honnest, since ive been a pest in this thread, i thought they will make my store in the end for revenge lol... i cross my fingers for you and all the other ones wich stores is not yet fixed.... i really hope they will fix soon... and till then ill stand by your side, sweetie... shouting, yelling and pestering ... as usual :smileyvery-happy: (to be honnest, i still cant believe its true lol... i look at my mp store page from time to time to check if the corrupted link are coming back or not lol) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Yes, I filed a jira as well and got a bunch of emails initially; one to tell me they needed more info and the rest I suppose to just tell me that the jira is filed. Just for information purposes, my JIRA was closed as a duplicate on May 21, but the original JIRA https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/WEB-3732 is still open. I think my bug is may different than yours though, my item was something I had deleted a long time ago, and was showing up with some random hair texture, and no price. That mixed image bug had several "variations." :matte-motes-sour: If you go to my MP store and type in "heart candles" you can see what mine looks like. Compared to porn images in a G-rated store that I've heard other merchants mention, mine are tame and they "have" changed over the year from duplicate images to the blank images currently displayed. Just looked at the latest jira I filed on May 15, 2013 and updated with requested additional information on May 17, 2013. Jira is not assigned to anyone although posts on jira have been made by both Whirly Fizzle and CTL. Resolution is still "unresolved." I'm lucky that it's only one and it's buried deep. I use it as a reminder (as if I needed any) of how lucky we are that LL looks after us so well. MarcoAntonioDiego Rhapsody Posted June 14, 2013 Share Posted June 14, 2013 g'day. i still have more than a wrong picture issue in my store ( https://marketplace.secondlife.com/stores/52093 ) : since DD was introduced i had dead listings with wrong pictures on top - some of the pictures could get deleted with the correction-link but half of those who could be fixed with that had another picture aferwards again. nevertheless, thats just the smalles problem. until today DEAD LISTINGS have filled my store up ongoing and have now 2 pages full of only that (if you click my store above you'll see, all listed items doont exsist since 2 or more years anymore and each of them will lead back to the MP-mainsite!) ive been filling, commenting, watching and squeezed half a dozen jiras now in past year, got some open jira and ticket which aint resolving that issue and even partly unseen yet (!) worst of it all: costumers ran ALL away and im totally broken.income went down to zero and i cannot afford blowing constantly rl-money into somethig that probably cant get sold without having a big flaw and bad reputation (which already is going!) in the end: i need help there - i dont care if its deleting the dead listings only or the whole store (i even would do all the work again with reopening etc) but just: HELP! You will not see misleading ads in the big sellers marketplace pages, those who own their own island (s). Kenbro Utu Posted June 20, 2013 Share Posted June 20, 2013 Well, in checking my store tonight I discovered I had a wrong picture again, after being clean for all these months from the original few I got cleared out. However, this was much different. This had an additional picture that had simply set itself as default, while my original picture was still available to be viewed in Zoom/View Images.
