can land owners delete inventory when they clean a rented house?

I left furniture in a house I rented and when i returned all my furniture i had left in there is gone it has not been returned to my inventory?? I have searched all my folders it is nowhere to be found?

Yes, the owner of land has the option to delete items or to return them.

However, it is possible that your furniture, etc., was returned to you as a coalesced cube, and could be named anything at all from 'object' to any of the items you are missing.

Your objects are certainly not deleted but must have been returned to your lost and found folder. As they presumably were returned "in block", you have to look one or several coalesced object (it looks like a broken cube). To get your items back, go to a place where your have rights to rez (a sandbox will do if you do have a land of your own.

Go in edit mode (Ctrl+B) and gently drag the colasced cube slightly above the ground. All your items will rez in the same postion as they were before they were sent back to you. All you have to is to pick them back one by one back to your inventory. :smileyhappy:

Regarding deleting someone else's items ... if your items are deleted by another person, they are sent to your lost and found folder, they are not really deleted.
