hello mecaa,

since - as i have seen - you created your account just today, be aware that it :

a) has to update and settle in your data fully amongst all databases. So it might take a while until everything works correct.

b) there are limitations in regard to transactions and buying/selling linden dollars for 'new' accounts:
especially within the first 24 Hours, and then the first 30 days of an account.
(and each account is seen on its own, so even if you have an older account or avatar, it starts for this one from the beginning again)

For more informations look here, when logged in with your account: https://secondlife.com/my/lindex/describe-limits.php?

Should the problem still remain after 24 hours and it shows you inworld a clear amount of the Linden dollars you have and you don't exceed any limitations with the height of a transaction, then you can contact the billing team: (see Rolig's Post for the phone numbers)

Or submit a support ticket:
https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/

Chances are that you just need to be a bit patient and wait until all limits are gone, and until your account data is fully settled in : )
