Search to adjust body parts of a shape aged 4 to 21

Hello all, i receive a shape pack time line with a lot  of shapes of differents ages, i search adjust the body parts, shoulders to foots in appareance menu and get the good proportions by ages on torsoleges  hands shoulders and more parts of the  shape.
For good résults, is  necessary  appears  no thin no fat, i say  foots are at 0 hands at 10 and have  the heigh size  preset by age all help was welcome thank you.
