I'm looking for a HUD than lets me pounce mid-jump with PG-UP. I know it exists.

I've been contracted by the missus, to find a HUD she had a while ago. It was a single attachment that when Page-Up was hit mid-jump turned said jump into a long-distance pounce. She doesn't know where she got it, but would like it back. Any help appreciated.
