For some unkown reason, all of the products in my store have been unlisted and my store is now empty, but are registered as unlisted in my inventory management page. Whenever I try to re-list them by clicking the green check mark or select 'list' from the action drop-down menu, I get this message:

From my understanding, LL has done away with Magic Boxes. To list on the Marketplace, you must use the Direct Delivery System.

Could you describe to me a step-by-step process on how to do that? >.<

In your inventory should be a "Merchant Outbox" folder. There is no need for boxed items this way as well. I am not a merchant...but I believe if you drop in folders of your items, refresh your Marketplace store and it should show up as being not listed.

After I'd tried, and tried, and tried for a 100 times to solve the listing thing with the magic box, I just listed as you guys said...but it still doesn't let me, it's like everything is stucked. I've waited more than a week, I thought they would do something about it. Is there any chance to list my products again in the mp?

No, Magic Boxes have been shut off so they no longer work except for limited quantity, unique items that are No Copy such as breedables.  Direct Delivery is now the sole method of delivery on the MP for everything else.  I highly recommend the guide I mentioned in this thread written by Darrius Gothly.
