I dont believe Philip wants to have a public accessible address other than the one I found, otherwise Google would had given it in search result; you will have do cope with his Twitter account, I am sorry. Plus, even if I had his personal email, I would be violating the ToS for disclosure if I shared it with you. If you DO have something breathtaking to propose, I don't see why contacting him by Twitter would be an obstacle to expose your point. Unless it is not PG...
