Here you can only get answers from other residents who are always glad to help, but i dont think we can answer to your question if you dont give us more details. Like what are the specificities of your comp and what viewer are you using and even better.. what is happening when you try to open your viewer or to log ?

I have no idea at all. Why won't my car start? Without more information, nobody can answer an open-ended question like that. :smileysurprised:

To add valuable information, click on the Options link in the upper right corner of your question and select EDIT. Start by telling us about your computer: (What kind is it?  What operating system? What graphics card? How much memory on the graphics card? How are you connected to the Internet?..... ).  Then, what happens when you try to log in?  Exactly what error message do you get? What's the last thing that happens before it stops?  Have you ever been able to log in?  If so, what have you changed since then?
