my menus bugs , i cant change clothes , i can call friends , i cant teleport

All your symptoms sound due to problems with your internet connection.  If you are using a wireless connection, this is not advisable.

Please relog.  Change your start login location to Furball, and you will arrive inworld in a very empty quiet sim where perhaps your inventory will load for you.
