When i log onto my sl viewer all the objects turn pink, except for the actual avatars? help?

When i log onto the sl viewer all the objects go pink, the avatars stay the same color but also the objects on the avatars will go pink. its hapened for quiet a while now and i've made another account and it went pink also. I cannot see any of the details any more and its getting annoying. Is there any way i can fix it?

You need to update your video card drivers. Under "Help" - "About Second Life" you'll see information about your video card - probably either Nvidia or AMD/ATI (ATI is the old name, AMD is the new name.) Go to the web site of the video card maker and download the latest video drivers.
