WTF???? Events listings are broken. Grrrrr.

So I decide to re-schedule an music performance from Saturday the 20th to Thursday 18th. When I change the date and go to save the edited listing I get a warning that I'm not allowed to have duplicate listings even though I have no other events scheduled for Thursday 18th. So I change the text and headline several times only to be refused because of the 'duplicate listing' warning. Then I deleted the listing for the 20th and decided to make a fresh listing for the 18th. Nope, apparantly that's a duplicate too.

Unlike certain businesses who spam the events listings remorselessly I only put in one single announcement per event, so what gives?
