David Bloom
Hi I bought an expensive skybox built using Mesh. For some reason when I try to rezz objects inside this skybox over my land I get a message says 'Owner does not allowed rezzing". The skybox is right in the middle of a group sim when own. When I try to wear an object and drop it it rezzes outside the skybox. Friends have tried rezzing inside as well and get the same message. I discovered I can rezz on the roof and drag the items inside. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? I have other mesh built skyboxes as well and this doesnt happen in those. Any advise would be appreciated. TY
Madeline Blackbart
is there a build height limit? 'cause if there's a limit to how hiegh up your allowed to rez thigns and you've excedeed it it can make rezzing screwy. also your probably int he wrong forum... David Bloom
Hi I have tried rezzing at 250, 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000 metres - all give me the same message over my group land. I thought mesh creators would have some insight. If this is not the correct forum please advise. TY
LepreKhaun
Unsure if there's a JIRA on that issue or not but there is definitely a problem with rezzing on a mesh surface and that (misleading) error message comes up. Only solution I could think of is to put a transparent prim floor down or build off of anything that isn't mesh.
Amethyst Jetaime
This is a bug that has reoccured since the last server update. I've noticed it myself trying to rez a skybox build I've been working. One way to get around it, is to wear the rez box, then click on it and drop it. I know it is noobish but it works.:smileylol:

Kwakkelde Kwak
Going by my SL mesh experiences, the reason for this can be the physical shape of the floor. When it's a convex hull, you can't rezz on it, when it's a triangular based (for some obscure and confusing reason called physics type "prim") shape, you can rezz on it. On the legacy prims you can always rezz. Anyway, I'm glad you found a workaround.
