Cool!  Congratulations on your first purchase.  Like very many things you will buy in SL, yours was delivered in a box, so you'll have to unpack it.  Here's how >>> http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Opening-boxes/ta-p/700185 .

Now .... You said you bought a structure.... a house, maybe?  I assume that you have rented or bought land somewhere to put it on.  I also assume that you checked before buying the structure, so you know what its Land Impact is and that it is significantly lower than the prim allowance on your land.  Finally, I assume that you checked the size of your structure before you bought it, so you know that it will fit on your land.  If all those things are true, then once you have unpacked the box into a folder in your inventory, you are ready to rez it.  Follow any instructions that may have come with it (on a notecard maybe).  Before you rez the structure, open your Build/Edit tool (CTRL + 3) so that you have control over it from the instant it appears.
