I keep being teleported home, I accurately entered my birthday (03/06/1994) which makes me 19. The preferences are set to GMA.

You may be teleported home because of your SL age, not your RL age.  You were born today (Welcome to Second Life!).   Club owners and landowners in Adult areas especially tend to bar newbies from entering their areas until they have been in SL for 30 days.   It's self-protection.  A lot of griefers come in, cause trouble, and get banned by Linden Lab before they are around that long.  By banning all people younger than 30 days, landowners keep the trouble down.   Nothing personal ---- just business.

Just try a different place, not all will have restrictions such as 7 or 30 days old.

If it was a problem with SL not wanting to let you into Adult areas, you wouldn't be able to access them  at all.   As Syo and Rolig suggest, you're running into local sim settings (it's very easy for trouble-makers, or "griefers," as they are known, to create throw-away accounts, which is why a lot of places have these restrictions).

The Adult Hub doesn't have any restrictions on new accounts -- indeed, the sims are intended as a welcome and resource centre for new residents.   You are very welcome to tp there to confirm you can, in fact, access adult areas.
