How to set up Tardis Matt Smith Console? Instructions please :)

I have tryed watching a youtube video and I can get the interior to show. The console main part where the part moves up and down in flight (don't know what its called) is not there. Controls do not work eiter :( Please help! Other parts that are missing are for example the stairs, the floor is not there, some walls are not there either. The only thing I can really do is open and close the doors! Im not really getting my moneys worth! Please help!

You need to contact the merchant who sold you the Tardis - Matt Smith Console. There should have been written instructinos as well as the link to the YouTube installation video.
