E&C Properties has 1/2 of a homestead in size parcel for sale. This is the ENTIRE west side of the sim. Completely private on a professionally landscaped parcel. Keep all the items or return what you don't want. You will have full control of editing the land, setting media settings, etc. Truly a MUST SEE. Beautiful waterfalls, views of the ocean.
