My Linden home lot is unavailable 3 out of every 4 times I try to go there. Is it me or is it you?

Got my Linden home about 2 weeks ago....almost impossible to got there as it is constantly unavailbable at this time and I get shunted to another place.  Is this my problem or is it one for you guys to fix....or ......?
