I want to know why We are getting the Cannot Connect to Second Life from this computer?

I would like to ow why 't connect to second life form thsi computer when She has seconed life at Home and We are in Florida just now.Personal reasons but have been using it sincce Monday here and it isn't allowing Us to connect today.
