banned from parcel but not on parcel ban list

I am having issues entering the parcel I live in. I see the ban lines and anytime I try to cross it it tells me that I am banned. I had a sim manager look and they did everything they could and I still see the lines. They inform me that I am not on either sim or parcel ban list.  I have been living in this location for awhile now and there have been no changes to the sim groups. I am in the groups for the sim. My avatar hasn't changed in size any.

it could be the parcel is set to group based access. If you got a group to join from the person you rented this parcel from, set this group as active group for your avatar.  If you did not recieve an invitation ask them if they have a special group you have to be in to access this parcel.
