My husband I have have various sims and are wanting to downsize the amount. We have one that currently has quite a bit of building and decoration on it and were wondering if there is an option to move all of the items from one sim to another that we currently own. We both thought this was an option but aren't sure of where to look for it, or if it's even possible anymore.

The only way to do that is to take the items into your inventory are re rez them on the other sim.  If you have rez boxes that any of it came in, and it was copyable, then just delete them on the one sim and use the boxes to re-rez them on another.

Another way to do it is to get a sim wide rez box and follow the directions for packing it.  Basically you rez the box in the exact middle of the sim. Then put a script into each link set, or prim if it isn't linked and take it and then put it in the box.  When you have packed everything, take the box to the new sim and put it in the same location and rez it all out again.  Everything will be in the same position it was on the prior sim, unless the land is terraformed different.  Prim won't rez inside land.  If the land is higher than it was on the prior sim in any place, the prims will rez right above the land.  To avoid this create a raw file of the prior sims terrain using the Region Management Tools, then upload that to the new sim to duplicate the terraform.    Note that only the estate owner can do this though.

Rez-Free is a sim wide rezzing system that you can get on the Marketplace for free.  There are other systems too.
