Looking for a experienced builder

I have someone making me a beautiful mesh skybox build.. Only problem is they can't do the outside as I want. I am planning on having an area that is like outside.. I am inlove With the buildings behind this place but I cannot find them anywhere.. Seems Town Mesh store has closed So I can't even go there and find out who built them.. My build is too large for a panoramica.. So I thought this would be perfect and it would block out that ugly sky. I have found some on marketplace but what I love most about this one is its multi colored.. If you can 1 let me know If you can build it or 2 let me know who had built it I will be sure to send some lindens your way for the help!!!!
