When I try to update my card information, there is no Submit button.

You haven given little information 'what card' you are talking about.

But i am assuming you mean creditcard / payment method.

In that case you can just delete the old credit card, by using the 'X' button on the right side in the account  > billing information.

And then simply create a new entry by clicking 'add creditcard'.

Sure enough, the Billing Information section for adding new cards for payment just doesn't like IE. I should have guessed it was something simple like that. Many thanks.

 

Shame the other person had to regurgitate the basic info seen in FAQ and ignore the issue.
