i misplaced a password and email accnt its on is no longer active what do I do

I have an avatar that I misplaced the password to but the email address I had on her is no longer active how can I get flirtatious37 residents password back

You need to file a support ticket.  You will probably have to answer your security questions and may have to prove ownership of the account somehow. They will let you know what you have to do and what acceptable proofs of ownership are needed and how to submit them.  Be prepared for the resolution to take a while and maybe even being told that they can't help you.

LL does not make it easy to reset a password when you forget it and the email you used or claim the email is not longer valid.  This is good, otherwise people could get your password and take control of your account and steal from you or delete your inventory and cause other problems.

Once you get it straight, write your password and email address down in RL, not on your computer, and keep it in a safe place.  If your email no longer works for any reason or you change it be sure to update your account on your dashboard with your new email address.
