my profile not loading

when i am trying to open my or others profile to view, not loading, showing "connection time out "

I note that in Catznip, a RLv viewer, my porofile usually does not load, or takes forever to.  The profiles of others do load and reasonably well.  It's a good viewer but this is one of its bugs.
